Cancellation and Refund Policy

Digisurgo Infotech is committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which payments, cancellations, and refunds are processed.

1. General Policy

  • By making a purchase or subscribing to our services, you agree to abide by this policy.

  • This policy applies to all services, including social media marketing, PPC, SEO, website design, graphic design, lead generation, and consultation services.

  • As a service-based business, Digisurgo Infotech provides refunds only in specific cases outlined below.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Client

  • Clients can request cancellation of any service before the execution begins. Once work has started, cancellations may not be possible.

  • Subscription-based services (such as monthly digital marketing plans) can be canceled with a 7-day prior notice before the next billing cycle.

2.2 Cancellation by Digisurgo Infotech

  • We reserve the right to cancel or terminate services if:

    • The client violates our terms and conditions.

    • There is any illegal or unethical activity related to the project.

    • The client fails to make timely payments.

  • If Digisurgo Infotech cancels a service due to its own limitations, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the work completed.

 

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

     

      • Duplicate Payment: If a client makes multiple payments by mistake, the extra amount will be refunded.

      • Service Non-Delivery: If the service is not delivered due to our fault and the issue remains unresolved within 30 days, a full refund will be processed.

      • Unsatisfactory Service: If the client is dissatisfied, they must submit a detailed complaint within 7 days of service delivery. After review, partial refunds may be provided, subject to management approval.

    3.2 Non-Refundable Services

       

        • Paid consultation sessions.

        • Work already completed or in progress.

        • Ad spend on third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.).

        • Domain purchases, hosting, and software tools purchased for the client.

        • Trial plans or introductory offers.

      4. Refund Process

         

          • To request a refund, email [Insert Support Email] with your transaction details and reason for the refund.

          • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-14 business days through the original payment method.

          • Payment gateway charges, taxes, and administrative fees (typically 5-10%) may be deducted.

        5. Chargeback & Dispute Resolution

           

            • Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

            • If a chargeback is filed, Digisurgo Infotech reserves the right to dispute the claim and take legal action if necessary.

            • Any disputes will be governed under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in [Your City, India].
